Which software solutions are compatible with SecureSend?
SecureSend is integrated directly into KLARA by default and at no cost. Under “Compatible with all common HR systems,” you’ll find a list of all other compatible software solutions. If your solution isn’t listed, please feel free to contact us.
Can I configure the delivery method setting for individual employees?
If individual employees prefer a delivery method other than ePost/email, you can set this in their employee profiles.
Where is my data stored?
All data and documents belonging to you, your employees, or your customers are encrypted using multi-layer encryption and are stored in Switzerland. Only you and your recipients can read and edit the messages.
What about security?
Sending messages via ePost is more secure than sending your customers a traditional email with an attachment. Digital ePost adheres to Swiss Post’s high security standards. Documents are encrypted using multi-layer encryption, and data is stored on servers in Switzerland. And, of course, the privacy of correspondence also applies in the digital world.
How much does SecureSend cost?
ePost SecureSend is included free of charge for users of the KLARA payroll software. For all other payroll software integrations, pricing is clearly listed online.
